【Pan-Fried 香煎鸡扒】

Step 1
Pan-fried the chicken over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
倒入少许油,皮朝下放进锅里,中火煎2分钟,再翻面煎2分钟,煎至熟透金黄色

Step 2
Put the sauce packaging into warm water for 10 min.
放特制酱包泡进温水(无需剪开)大约10分钟

Step 3
Pour the sauce over the chicken, then serve it right away!
加入爱吃的配菜摆盘鸡扒,再将酱料包倒出。淋在鸡扒上,美味享用


【Deep-Fried 香酥炸鸡扒】

Step 1 
Dip each piece of chicken in corn flour or blended rice flour then the beaten egg for 2 times. Double coat it!
把鸡扒放入玉米粉或粘米粉里裹匀,再裹上蛋液 (重复2次更酥脆)

Step 2
Heat a wok with enough oil and deep-fry the each side till golden brown.
锅里放入足够的油,放入鸡扒,炸至两面金黄外皮酥脆就可以捞出

Step 3
Put the sauce packaging into warm water for 10 min.
放特制酱包泡进温水(无需剪开)大约10分钟

Step 4
Pour the sauce over the chicken, then serve it right away!

【Air Fryer 气炸鸡扒】

Step 1 
Place skin side up at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
皮朝上,200度烤20分钟左右

Step 2
Put the sauce packaging into warm water for 10 min.
放特制酱包泡进温水(无需剪开)大约10分钟

Step 3
Pour the sauce over the chicken, then serve it right away!

【Oven Baked 香烤鸡扒】

Step 1 
Place aluminum foil on baking pan, place skin side up at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
锡纸铺在烤盘上,皮朝上,200度烤15分钟左右

Step 2
Put the sauce packaging into warm water for 10 min.
放特制酱包泡进温水(无需剪开)大约10分钟

Step 3
Pour the sauce over the chicken, then serve it right away!
